Decontamination trailer
The decontamination trailer for infectious disease deployments enables effective and rapid decontamination of emergency personnel – mobile, efficient, and in compliance with high hygiene standards. The primary goal of all measures is to prevent the spread of pathogens through cross-contamination.
Emergency personnel enter the containment area wearing infection control suits, safely transfer samples out of the zone, and are treated with a disinfectant solution within a negative pressure environment. Undressing is performed contactlessly using glovebags, and contaminated suits are disposed of directly via a sealed transfer lock.
An integrated shower system with two-stage wastewater filtration, along with a clearly structured transition to the clean area, ensures the highest level of hygiene and safety. Continuous communication between all zones is maintained via a built-in intercom system.
