The mobile deconta dust extraction system with regenerative filter system (automatic cleaning) and HEPA filters is designed for universal use in dust disposal measures such as façade cleaning, boiler cleaning, concrete renovation, demolition and sandblasting work.
The dust produced is extracted via flexible hose lines and collected in a dust bunker. To empty the bunker, the entire system is raised on 4 telescopic supports. This creates the appropriate height and the bunker contents can be emptied into a big bag via a flap.
How the filter system works
Regenerative filter stage
The captured fine dust is deposited on the surface of the filter cartridges and forms the ‘filter cake’ (coating). An automatic cleaning system cleans the filters during operation. Blow-off pipes ‘shoot’ the filter cake off from the inside out. The removed dust is collected in the dust bunker.
HEPA filter stage (dust-storing filter stage)
Captures suspended particles that cannot be captured by the regenerative filter stage. HEPA filters in accordance with EN 1822-1 with filter class H13/H14.
Technical data
All information on air performance and volume flows takes into account a measurement tolerance of ±15% relative to the end value of the measuring range, determined in a multi-point measurement procedure with a calibrated vane anemometer.
