The deconta-MKS system is a pioneering method for the removal of asbestos with low exposure for the operator and combining the powerful grinding technology and stable, effective process safety of microprocessor-controlled pressurization. The system is an easy-to-carry complete package including floor grinder, hand grinder and negative pressure controls for the use with own vacuum cleaners. Optionally, a vacuum cleaner package can also be supplied, which is easily transportable.
The objective in the development of the deconta MKS system was for the quick operational readiness and ability to switch locations quickly and easily resulting in a professional and powerful 230v system , which can be transported with minimal time and effort to higher floors by only 2 people and sets new standards in process safety.
The AR 270 is, an easily transportable machine for use in the removal of asbestos on small to medium size surfaces. Because of their maneuverability and the wall effect these units are particularly suitable for use in flats and apartment complexes. The microprocessor-controlled measuring and control technology is integrated into the machine and provides reliable safety mechanisms that make working with low exposure permanently secure! Both the AR 270 and AR 115 offer an innovative tool decoupling for maximum ergonomic workflow, with minimal effort and low vibration and allows working up to the edging.
The AR 270 is comfortable to carry, can be dismantled easily and without tools. Practical lifting devices help facilitate transport on stairs. In the vehicle, they can be stored compactly by the adjustable guide arm, allowing the entire system including Vacuum cleaner package, to be easily transported in a small van.

Negative pressure control US2KP
Patent applied negative pressure controller US2KP with the following functions:
- Automatic shutdown of the grinding machine at a negative pressure value, e.g < 20hPa, adjustable according to regulations.
- Additional emergency shutdown of the grinding machine due to falling negative pressure.
- Permanent microprocessor-controlled pressure monitoring that automatically adjusts with clogging of the filter.
- Automatic periodic cleaning of the negative pressure measuring tube to ensure continued flawless transfer of the negative pressure.
- Safe start Feature of the grinder under negative pressure.
- Hand grinder is equipped with its own control, thus there is no need to change the negative pressure measuring tube and ensures an immediate, error-free start.
- Electrical and negative pressure measurement lines of the hand grinding machine are protected by a special spiral hose.
- Optical signals indicate to the operator current system status at all times and if any negative pressure error occurs prevents accidental starting of the grinders.
- If the level in the sampling bag from the optional vacuum cleaner package exceeds a set value, a necessary change of the bag is automatically signaled.

- Leicht zu transportierende und leistungsstarke H-Sauger mit Asbestzulassung.
- Saugerpaket besteht aus 3 Saugern. 2 Sauger werden an die Bodenschleifmaschine angeschlossen und einer steht zur Nachbesaugung und für Beutelwechsel bereit.
- Durch den Einsatz von Filterbeuteln ist eine staubfreie Gebindeentnahme möglich.
