Application:
Shelter, clean room
The contamination is present over a large area and should not penetrate into a certain area, shelter. The room is sealed off by means of SMART-DOOR and put into positive pressure. Highly efficient particle filters in combination with activated carbon are optionally used. By connecting a shower or a lock system, it can be ensured that people are only allowed to enter the room after decontamination has been carried out.

- Nuclear accidents, malfunctions -> dust, HEPA filtration

Isolation room, treatment room
The contamination is locally local. The aim is to prevent the hazardous substances from spreading or being carried away. Therefore, the room is placed in a negative pressure. Extracted air is filtered before it is released into the environment. In the event of leaks in the room, clean air flows in, contaminated air cannot escape. Access is via a lock system. Decontamination takes place when leaving the lock.
